     The magic tool was useful in many way by helping me select areas that would of taken long to color. As well as the tool being really easy and simple to use when needed. What makes my portraits unique is I use my cat and my self. Showing a part of one of our eyes in it. Also for the vibrant colors that were intended for the portrait. Giving an either warm feeling or settling feel.

Reflection

           

The strongest part of my finished art piece is the way I use the filter to add a new look to it. The reason why is because the filter adds a new depth to image. The saturation and hue adds to the patterns which was created. Giving a unique effect. For two of the design it gives off a flowery vibe. Glowing light pink that draws the people in. Plus it stands out strongly. A part of my art piece that can be improved on is the evenness of the piece. It can be improved if I use the polygon lasso correctly. As well as using the shift button to make it much straighter.

Tools I use to create my work is the image adjustment, polygon lasso, filter, move tool, saturation/hue and zoom tool. I use different types of filter. How I use the materials is with filter I would change the color to my choice. Once I had my colors I would add saturation/hue to the colors. Then I would use vibrancy add more depth to the piece. Using the filter again to my advantage I would make the coloring little brighter. The move tool I would make everything symmetrical. Lastly, I would zoom in on any area that had a little white.

          What was easy about this activity was the adding the filter. As well as coming up with an idea. What I felt was difficult was the understanding what tool does what. At first I didn’t know how to make the polygon lasso straight. How I demonstrated each of the objective of is that I did use my time wisely. My creativity is original and stands out. As well as understanding the elements and principles of design. I believe I wouldn’t do it differently. I would rate myself a 10 because I was just done on time. I put a lot effort into the piece.

Reflection

           

The strongest part of my finished art piece is the A door as well as the mountain. The reason why is the mountain design is capturing to the eye. The snowy peak adds to the mountain. Giving an outdoor effect. For the A design door it gives off a fairy tale vibe. Glowing light pink that draws the people in. Plus it stands out strongly. A part of my art piece that can be improved on is the rainbow sunset. It can be improved if I did another layer instead of the same one. As well as using a different brush that could of blended it well.

Tools I use to create my work is the brush tool, text, filter, move tool, blur tool and zoom tool. I use different types of brushes. How I use the materials is with brush tools I would fill in the background to my color choice. Once I had my colors I would blur some of the colors. Then I would use the brush tool again and blend colors to add more depth to the piece. Using the filter to my advantage I would make the coloring little brighter and change how the word text would look like. The move tool I would change the shape of text. Lastly, I would zoom in on any area that had a little white or need more of the color.

What was easy about this activity was the coloring and doing the background. As well as coming up with an idea. What I felt was difficult was the understanding what tool does what. At first I didn’t know how to copy the letter and that was a bit hard to understand. How I demonstrated each of the objective of is that I did use my time wisely. I use the rule composition. My creativity is original and stands out. As well as understanding the elements and principles of design. I believe I would do it differently, but it would take a long time because of what I have in mind for it instead. Plus I would be more experience than I was before. I would rate myself a 10 because when I thought I was just done. I said no and went back to add more detail to the piece. Putting more effort into the piece.
